This old house in Pepermint Grove had a addition put on 15 years ago and the floor were looking tired.
We sanded off the old coating and applied a sanding sealer, a solvent based gloss and then a semi gloss.
As the house was overly light the semi gloss finish would reflect the light back into the room making the house look more spacious.
We also sanding the Jarrah Island bench
